Eligibility: The 2 months free + Competitive Price offer is for townhome, condo and single-family HOAs with more than 30 units, exactly one operating and one reserve account, built within the last 20 years. Any other community is offered 1 month free. Offers are based on the answers given, and we’ll confirm eligibility when we follow up.
Free months: A free month is a month of $0 management fee, starting at go-live.
Competitive Price: Where it applies, the competitive price is set when your contract starts and applies to every month after the free months. The exact price varies by community size and county, and is confirmed when we follow up.
Estimates: The standard management price and cost comparison shown online are estimates based on the answers given and typical Bay Area costs, with no inflation modeling. Communities with a custom scope receive a tailored quote. A written proposal confirms the final price and terms.
Agreement: Every offer is subject to a signed agreement.
