How does a referral reward work?

Two steps, two credits, stacking. Step 1 — the referred board signs a short, non-binding agreement (~10 minutes) committing to explore nexova: you earn +1 month the day it's countersigned. Step 2 — the same board later signs a full management agreement with nexova: you earn +2 additional months. So a referral that joins = 3 months total; an interest-only step that never converts still keeps you +1. The referred board names you on the “Referred by” line of their quote-request form; we email you a 30-second confirmation before crediting either month.

What does nexova get in return?

Product feedback we can't get any other way, and introductions from boards who know other boards. Every month of 15% off you earn is a month we didn't spend on account-management bloat or ad budgets trying to reach you. That capital goes back into the product and back to you. When the service is good, the next community hears about it from you — that's the loop we're betting the company on.

What's the feedback commitment?

Each board member who signs up agrees to respond when nexova reaches out for interviews and surveys — typically 1–2 touches per year, 20–30 minutes. We sample across participants; no every-quarter obligation. Earned months stay earned even if a specific touch gets missed.

What if we don't hit 12 months?

You keep every month you earn. The 12-month cap is a ceiling, not a floor — no forfeiture of earned-but-unused months.
